A group of 50 pieces of flint and chert debitage; waste material from flint working, of unknown date, probably Mesolithic to Early Bronze Age, 10,000 - 1000 BC. There are a variety of different colured flints displaying differet degrees of patination. The wear on the edges is also varied, with many having very little wear, and others possibly waterworn. One group of pieces is heat altered. At least two of the heat altered pieces are adjoining, and it is possible they are all from one chunk that has fractured. They were all found within 100m of the NGR provided.
