Part of a flint nodule, not clearly worked, but coloured white and crazed from heating. It is of unknown date. It is cylindrical and tapering to a flat face at the narrow end. It has a rounded, rough shape at the wide end. A lot of cortex survives but is interrupted by potlid fractures. Though not obviously worked, it may have been the raw material for flint working. These are all tiny chips which do not display evidence of retouch. They are formed from a variety of grey and dark brown flint, some water worn, and some patinated. Most are tertiary flakes. It is formed on patinated mottled flint. It is a long flake which is rounded at the narrow proximal end, and square at the wider distal end. A flint scraper of probable Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age date (3300 - 1000 BC). The flint is patinated to a light grey colour. It is a tertiary flake, is triangular in plan and has a D shaped section. The dorsal face has short, sub-parallel, semi abrupt hard hammer retouch on the right side and on the distal end where it forms a concave scraper. There is later damage to the left edge of the flint which interrupts the patination. The flint is 25.3mm long x 17.1mm wide x 4.5mm thick and weighs 1.6g.

It is a tertiary flake and is sub-triangular in plan and D shaped in section. There is short, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt hard hammer retouch extending around the curved distal end on the dorsal face. The flint is 32.5mm long x 25.7mm wide x 10.8mm thick and weighs 7.3g.
