The dorsal face has about thirty-percentage cortex covered in the centre. Both sides and distal end of the dorsal face has long semi-abrupt parallel retouch. The ventral face is completely plain. The length is 27.6mm, the width is 24.8mm, the thickness is 10.2mm and the weight is 7.71g.

A lithic thumb nail scraper of Neolithic date (circa 3500 - 2100 BC) designed to be held between your thumb and forefinger. It has been finely knapped. The object is oval in shape and sub-rectangular in section although the depth tapers from one end of the object to the other. The curved edge showing signs of extensive retouch and working. The retouch is shallow. The striking platform and bulb of percussion both survive and ripples of percussion can clearly be seen. The flint is a mid reddish-brown colour with some lighter flaws.
