The object is worked from a tertiary flake of medium grey flint with a semi-glossy patina ans occasional white patches. The flake is sub-triangular in plan and trapezoidal in cross section. At least four negative flake removal scars are present on the dorsal face.   The flake is 48.9mm long, 39.5mm wide, 7.85mm thick and weighs 20.8 grams.
