A complete flint Scraper of Neolithic date (3450-2100 BC). The lithic is sub-ovate in plan and bi-convex in section. The proximal end retains some cortex while the distal edge is curved. All edges with the exception of the proximal end have fine semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is slightly convex with six negative scars and corresponding arises. The lithic retains some cortex and is therefore a secondary flake. The flint is dark/light grey in colour, the cortex is light brown in colour. A complete knapped lithic implement of Neolithic date, circa 4000 - 2300 BC. The object is formed from a tertiary flake which is sub-ovate in plan and D-shaped in section. The ventral surface is flat and smooth. Short, stepped, semi-abrupt retouch is present along the curved edge and into each side of the dorsal surface. The flint is a light white colour with grey inclusions. The implement is 28.4mm long, 19.6mm wide, 10.8mm thick and weighs 5.7g. Scrapers are fairly ubiquitous throughout prehistory and are generally less chronologically distinctive than other artefact types.…

Neolithic knapped flake, c.4000-2000 BC. It is a sub rectangular section of a longer flake, with bulb of percussion at one end. The edges of this ventral surface expand just am little towards the break and the face shows concentric ripples. On the dorsal surface there are flake scars and two roughly parallel longitudinal flake scar ridges down the middle, leaving lower left and right margins as 'beveled' edges with abrupt retouch. There is a possible notch on the left distal edge.

An early Neolithic leaf shaped arrowhead struck from a brown flint. The arrowhead is broadly "kite" shaped with symmetrical convex sides (cf. Butler (2005), p 123, Type 2C) and bifacially worked. The dorsal face has long, low-angle covering pressure-flaked retouch and the ventral face has patches of long, low angle intrusive parallel retouch at either end. The cross section is plano convex with the ventral surface being slightly flatter than the dorsal surface. The butt end is incomplete.

On the opposite edge is a semi-circular notch, also with signs of retouch. No evidence of bulb of percussion or ripples on the ventral surface. The flint measures 35.1mm long, 18.9mm wide, 6.3mm thick and weighs 4.88 grams.

An incomplete Late Neolithic to Bronze Age barbed and tanged arrowhead dating c. 2400-1000 BC. The blade, made of dark grey-brown flint, is triangular and plano-convex in cross-section. The tip is missing. At the base is a short rectangular tang missing a corner. Either side of the tang is a scar where the missing tangs once extended. A sub-tear drop shaped scraper tool dating to the Neolithic period, c. 4000-1500 BC. The tool is made from a secondary struck flake of dark grey-brown flint with some interior mottled light and dark grey cortex. On the ventral face is a large bulb of percussion. The ventral side has large angled flaking with minimal abrupt retouching on some edges. The flint measures 31.6mm long, 26.1mm wide, 9.9mm thick and weighs 5.53 grams.

A flint blade dating to the Neolithic period, c. 4000 BC-1800 BC. The blade is sub-rectangular and sub-plano-convex in cross-section. Tertiary blade of translucent light grey flint with mottled light and dark grey-brown cortex comprising approximately a third of the flake. Low bulb of percussion on ventral face, which is flat with no retouching. Light angled falking on the two faces of the ventral surface with evidence of short, scaled, abrupt retouching on one edge. The flint measures 31.8mm long, 18.1mm wide, 2.4mm thick and weighs 3 grams
