A complete Neolithic flint axehead, probably a roughout for polishing, dating to circa 4000-1600 BC. It is broadly elongated oval in plan and oval in section. It is bifacially flaked on a nodule of opaque, beige coloured flint. The flaking is multi-directional and invasive. The cutting edge is rounded with longitudinal flaking.
