A flint lithic implement of probable Neolithic date, 4000 BC - 2200 BC. It is a secondary flake of mottled grey flint with a double dorsal ridge and some cortex on the distal right side. It is broadly rectangular in plan, and curved in profile. The distal end is retouched with short, semi-abrupt, scaled removals forming a scraper. A flint scraper of probable Neolithic date, about 4000 BC - 2200 BC. It is formed on a piece of dark grey flint, fully patinated to white apart from small areas of later damage at the proximal end. It is invasively worked making it hard to orientate. It is oval in plan and section. Long removals at the proximal end may be platform preparation. Both dorsal and ventral faces have large flake removals. The distal and proximal ends have surviving cortex, and the left side has been neatly worked from the dorsal face with semi abrupt retouch to form a scraping edge. The dorsal face is concave.
