The flint is 34.8mm long x 30.4mm wide x 8.3mm thick and weighs 7.3g.

A complete flint disk scraper of Neolithic date (3500-2100 BC). The lithic is sub-ovate in profile and plano-concave in section. The dorsal surface is flat with a large amount of retained cortex and short, scaled flaking with and irregular abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is slightly concave with four predominant negative scars and corresponding arrises and short flaking along the left hand edge. The lithic retains a large amount of cortex across the dorsal surface and a minor amount at the proximal end of the ventral surface and is therefore a primary flake. T…

A complete retouched flake of Neolithic date (3500-2100 BC). The lithic is sub-rectangular in profile and plano-convex in section. The dorsal surface is convex with two predominant negative scars corresponding arrises. The proximal end has been abruptly blunted with multiple vertical flake removals creating a stepped effect. All other edges contain fine semi-abrupt retouch and the distal end has short parallel flaking. The ventral surface is predominantly flat with a small bulb of percussion situated at the proximal end. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a…
