A large Neolithic scraper, which has been elaborately worked. The scraper has a plano-convex section, with one flat side and one convex. The flint is tear-dropped shaped over all. It has been formed from a light orangey-white flint, with creamy-white flaws within the flake matrix. The bulb of percussion and striking platform are both evident. The dorsal surface is still coated with 5% natural cortex. There are also some steep arrises. The upper end of the dorsal surface has been heavily retouched, forming a scraper end. The retouch is steep.

A Neolithic flint scraper (3500-2100 BC). The scraper has been manufactured from a tertiary flake with no cortex remaining. There is a well-defined bulb of percussion and remains of a prepared striking platform. The ripples of percussion can be seen below the bulb of percussion. There is some secondary retouch around two-thirds of the cutting edge of the flake, indicating that this scraper may have been used as a thumb scraper.

The sides are worked from both faces and so could have been used for cutting. The ends are abruptly retouched making scraped surfaces. The striking platform has been removed in the subsequent working. The dorsal face is mostly covered with cortex. The flint is mottled grey.

An incomplete Neolithic Petit tranchet arrowhead of Green’s type a (1980, P.101). The flint is of a grey/white colour and has a small patch of cortex on one face. The trapezoidal shaped arrowhead has abrupt retouch on both mesial edges of the dorsal face. The bottom edge is broken. The surviving length is 8.3mm, the width is 35.7mm and the weight is 5.37g.
