A complete knapped lithic implement of Neolithic date (circa 4000-2350BC). The implement is most likely a knife, although could be a small Neolithic hand-axe shaped implement known as an 'Ovate' dating to the Late Neolithic (3000-2350BC). However, the implement is not bifacially worked to the extent expected of an Ovate.
The implement appears to have been knapped from a primary flake, from which secondary and tertiary flakes have been removed from the ventral surface. The Dorsal face has been worked to remove cortex on the left medial edge, leaving a substantial amount on the right…

A complete flint blade or tool. It matches the shape of an arrowhead, but has been attributed to other types of activity. The tool is drop shape in plan and pointed oval in section. There is one pointed end and one rounded end. The flint is dark grey in colour. This may be some form of Neolithic knife or an unfinished or poorly fashioned arrow head.
