A very crude flint end scraper of probably Late Bronze Age to Early Iron Age date (c.1050-600 BC). One face is almost entirely covered with cortex and it has a plano-convex cross-section (the flat face without cortex). One short end of the convex face is worked with four long, parallel, semi-abrupt removals. The flint beneath the cortex is brown in colour and translucent at the edges. It measures 149.9x55.3x34.8mm and weighs 292g (to the nearest 2g).

Flint with cortex spot probable scraper. An irregular flake with broad and narrow flakes trimmed from its dorsal side and with a bulb on its undulating ventral surface. Short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect forms a hollow on one long edge - the smaller of two on the same side; both hollows might have been used to trim shafts. A dense creamy patina suggests the object has endured long exposure to a calcareous environment after its deposition. Burnt flint scraper fragment. A fragment with broad flakes struck from its dorsal side by hard hammer and with a bulbar ventral surface. Invasive angled scalar retouch executed from the dorsal aspect appears to have followed a curved edge. Heavy battering has also left multiply layered spalls on the opposite end. The putative working surface is broken at either end, and fine crazing is carried throughout the object, which is now a pale grey tint overall. The arrowhead has been made from a tertiary flake of light grey-blue flint now patinated to a cream colour with orange/brown iron staining. The tang and both barbs survive and retouch is evident of both the distal and dorsal surfaces.
