A  sub-rounded flint tool, probably an end scraper of late Neolithic/early Bronze Age date c. 3300 -1800BC. The scraper is struck from a secondary flake of black flint worked on one edge with short abrupt and semi abrupt scaled retouch. A buff coloured cortex remains on the majority of the dorsal face and the ventral face has a pronounced bulb of percussion and rippling suggesting hard hammer working. Long narrow and broad flakes have been removed by probably unidirectional working from the broad flat striking platform. One side has the cortex remaining. An incomplete late Neolithic polished and flaked axehead dating c.3300-2200 BC. Only the butt end survives. The axe appears to have been reworked with most of the polishing surface removed, the grinding and polishing is restricted to the lateral edges (rounded) and to the high points of the flake scars. Bifacially struck flint tool, probably abandoned before completion. Struck on a lingulate-shaped secondary flint with a strip of cortex remaining down the length of the dorsal face. There are multiple lateral strikes on both faces but only the dorsal face has been struck with removals at the distal end. Several of the lateral strikes on the ventral face have terminated prematurely in hinge and step fractures which in all likelihood made the intended tool unrecoverable.
