Debitage. A flint Neolithic to Bronze Age (c.4,000-c.1000 BC) flake. Flint, translucent light brown to mid-grey. Fine grained. Secondary flake. Dorsal face has one flake scar struck at 90 degrees to striking platform and the rest (20-25%) covered with cortex. patches of iron staining. Ventral face has prominent bulb of percussion. No retouch. Overall, the object measures 27.1mm long, 19.2mm wide and 5.0mm thick. It weighs 2.34g.

Lithic Implement: Neolithic flint scraper. The tool has been formed from a tertiary flake with no outer cortex from the original flint nodule remaining Due to damage the upper part of the original flake has been damaged meaning that the striking platform and bulb of percussion has been lost. The ventral surface has, however, retained the characteristic radiating ripples from the knapping process. Lower Palaeolithic bifacially worked, ovate flint handaxe. Heavily rolled, so that the number of flake scars is unclear, and stained orange. There is an area of damage on one of the faces, which would have been produced some time after the axe was made, but long enough ago for the area to have become heavily patinated, although not stained orange. From the Etwall sand and gravel layers. Length 78.16mm, width 59.58mm, thickness 27.08mm, weight 137.12g.

Beaker period - Bronze Age barbed and tanged flint arrowhead, Ballyclare C type (after Green 1980). Covering scale retouch on both surfaces. Mottled light brown/grey/cream unpatinated flint. The tip and one corner of the tang are damaged. Length 46.46mm, width 21.25mm, thickness 6.55mm, weight 4.76g.
