An incomplete copper alloy Jew's harp (or Jaws harp) of Post-Medieval date, c. AD 1500 - 1800. The object is lozengiform in section and comprises a sub circular head with two tapering prongs. A rabbat (notch) on one side at the apex of the head would have accommodated the iron tongue, now missing, though iron corrosion does remain. Both prongs taper to rounded points. An incomplete copper-alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, c. AD 1570 - 1700. The buckle is approximately two thirds of a double loop trapezoid with a D-shaped section. One end and side are lost to worn breaks and the pin no longer remains. The metal has a mid to light green patina and is worn. The buckle is 31.5mm long, 24.3mm wide, 2mm thick and weighs 2.5g.
