A lead cloth seal of late medieval to post medieval date, c. AD 1500-1600 The cloth seal is English and is a sub-circular disc. One face depicts a portcullis and the other face is undecorated. A complete lead or lead alloy whirligig toy, probably dating to the post-medieval period, c. AD 1600 - 1900. A circular disc, with the start of a hole in the centre being formed and 11 small radial rounded lobes forming a scallopped circumference. In use they were rotated quickly by means of twisted cord threaded though the holes, so that they made a loud noise.   Measurements: 28mm in diameter, and 20.43g in weight. The weight is solid with no hollow cavity and the suspension loop that would have held the weight has broken off. An incomplete early post-medieval lead-alloy spoon (c. 16th century, probably later 16th). The spoon has a pointed oval shaped bowl and a hexagonal stem; the stem terminates in a 'seal top' knop. It is now damaged, and bent, with repairs by the finder, including a sleeve that holds together the broken stem, and glue reattaching two parts of the bowl that had become separated. The top is sub-circular and flat with attachment loops at each end. An incomplete medieval to post medieval lead alloy seal.  The seal is uniface with a raised design on the front of an off centre cross and crowns within each quarter of the cross. However, as the cross is off centre the crown design around the circumference does get cut off. There is a rough section on the edge of the seal, likely from where a connecting strip has detached Measurements: 25 mm in diameter, 5 mm in thickness and 15.61 g in weight.

An incomplete lead alloy ampulla dating to the medieval period, c. AD 1300-1450.  The upper part of the flask shaped ampulla is now missing and the neck is compressed. There is a large crack running down the centre of the ampulla which exposes the interior, now filled with debris and soil. A post medieval lead alloy possible badge, or possibly a thick bag seal dating from AD 1700-1850. The object is a crude disc of lead alloy, with a slight point at the apex of the circle giving it the impression of a bauble or similar suspended object. It bears the inscription P/23. The lead remains greyish in colour and has not decayed. The reverse is plain and undecorated but bears a mark where a pin may have once been attached. Measurements: 33.5mm diameter, 3.9mm thickness, weight 29.28g.

An assemblage of eight post medieval musket balls and smaller shot dating to c. AD 1600-1700. One larger musket ball appears to have been fired, with a compression and irregularity in its surface.
