The copper-alloy core of a plated contemporary copy of a radiate of Philip I dating to AD 249 (Reece period 12). LIBERALITAS AVGG II reverse type depicting Liberalitas standing left holding abacus and cornucopiae. Mint of Rome. RIC IV, Pt III, p. 72, no. 38b.
The coin has a small sub-rectangular piercing at 10 o'clock on the obverse.

A silver denarius of Gordian III (AD 238-244), dating to c. AD 241-4 (Reece Period 12), PROVIDENTIA AVG, Providentia standing left. Mint of Rome. RIC - The style of the coin, traces of green patina and the fact that it is unpublished, suggests that it is a contemporary copy, probably plated.
Die axis is 12 o'clock. Weight is 3.24g, diameter is 19.2mm, thickness is 2.2mm.
