A gold iconographic finger-ring of 15th to early 16th century date. Weight 3.2g, inner diameter 18.50mm by 17.41mm (vertical by horizontal), outer diameter 20.45mm by 19.61mm (vertical by horizontal). The band is 6.70mm wide and 1.15mm thick at the top, and 3.95mm wide and 1.15mm thick at the bottom. The internal surface of the ring is smooth and plain with no hallmarks present. The outer surface of approximately one quadrant, the lower quadrant, of the ring is smooth and undecorated.
