The obverse suggests that this might be Constantine II as Caesar - see RIC VII, p. 109, cf. no. 184.

Mint of London. Mint mark -//PLON .
Die axis is 6 o'clock. Weight is 1.96g, diameter is 19.0mm, thickness is 1.6mm.
