A copper-alloy Nummus of Magnentius (AD 350-353), dating to AD 351-3 (Reece period 18). Reverse legend reads [V]ICT[ORIAE DD NN AVG ET CAES]. Reverse shows Two Victories holding wreath inscribed VOT/V/MVLT/X . Probably Mint of Aquileia. RIC VIII, p. 331, cf. no. 167.
Obverse shows a bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust right. Obverse legend reads D N [MAGNEN]TIVS [PF A]VG. Obverse fields reads: A/ // . Die axis is 7 o'clock, weight is 3.9g, diameter is 20.58mm.
