A copper alloy Nertomarus type Langton Down brooch dating to the first century AD. The head of the brooch has been flattened but originally comprised hollow semi-circular wings with a central cast motif of an inverted triangle. The triangle itself is decorated with three moulded dots. Either side of the triangle is a plain, diagonal decorative ridge. Where the head of the brooch meets the top of the bow, there is a transverse ridge. The bow itself is D shaped in section and tapers towards the foot, which is broken. A copper alloy miniature axehead dating to the Roman period. The object comprises a three dimensional representation of a axehead with pick. The axehead is socketed and cast integrally is a circular section handle. This extends and terminates in a circular loop. The object measures 44mm in length and 36mm in width from axe to pick. Miniature objects have been interpreted as votives offered at temples and shrines. Although they have often been assumed to be Roman, it is possible that some examples may date to the Iron Age and even earlier.

Roman copper-alloy flat, enamelled disc brooch. Late 1st to mid 3rd century AD. Diameter 21.20mm, thickness 1.82mm. The plain border is 1.27mm wide. The central field contains six outer pellets joined and a single central pellet of 2.96mm diameter. Traces of a red material (possibly enamel) survive within the central/inner field. The nail cleaner measures 40mm in length and 10mm in width.

A fragment of twisted wire, possibly part of a bracelet dating to the Roman period. The fragment comprises a bent loop made up of three twisted strands of circular-section copper-alloy wire bent into a sub-triangular loop with the ends not quite meeting. The loop measures 22mm in length (base to apex) and 17mm in width (across the base), and the three strands together measure 3mm in total thickness. It weighs 1.3g.

Ceramic head of a woman, possibly Roman. In style, it resembles the faces seen on face-neck flagons of the third to fourth century AD, however the fabric of the object is coarse and is likely to be of building material type rather than vessel fabric. The head has centrally parted hair and is wearing a headdress although the highly abraded nature of the object has obscured the detail of this. A copper alloy Roman Colchester-derivative brooch with a double-pierced lug, dating to the mid to late first century AD. The brooch is complete with the exception of the spring and pin. The wings are plain except for two transverse grooves at the tip of each wing and are sub-rectangular in plan and semi-circular in section. A fragment of a late Roman strip bracelet . The strip has a rectangular cross-section with slightly rounded corners. It has a transverse break at both ends and is 2.24mm thick. One end has a width of 5.04mm and the strip then tapers to 2.97mm at the opposite break. One side is smooth and undecorated but the opposite surface has incised decoration along the entire length. A copper-alloy incomplete Roman bracelet The fragment is a strip of copper-alloy that has a flattened oval or sub-rectangular cross-section 7.73mm wide and 2.60mm thick. The strip gradually tapers to a minimum of 5.66mm at one end and 7.29mm at the other. Both ends of the strip have sustained transverse breaks. An incomplete silver finger-ring of Roman date, c. 1st to 2nd century. Only between a third and a half of the ring survives with one shoulder and a just less than half of the empty bezel being present. The area at the top of the shoulder and edge of the bezel is 14.49mm wide and 3.87mm thick. The band narrows to 10.25mm and 2.15mm thick at the lowest point where the full width survives. The ring has a 'D' shaped section at the shoulder which becomes more of a flattened oval section further down the band. Description: Silver ring similar to Henig Type X. D-shaped in profile with wide shoulders which taper to a narrow band. It is crudely made with a roughened and heavily indented surface. Of particular note is a lip of metal on the underside of the bezel which, if a result of the manufacturing process, has not been neatly smoothed and finished. An incomplete silver pin of Roman date. The head of the pin is a flattened sphere (bun-shaped), diameter 5.70mm and thickness 3.21mm, with a collar below of 5.43mm diameter and thickness 0.94mm. The shank, now bent and of incomplete length has a circular cross-section of 2.59mm diameter. The pin has an incomplete weight of 2.61g and length of c.45.0mm.
