An incomplete copper alloy Colchester type one piece brooch dating to the first century AD. The brooch comprises a head of two very small, triangular wings concealing the single remaining coil of the integral spring mechanism. The head extends to a rectangular section bow which tapers to a very sharp point. The catchplate is missing. The brooch measures 66mm in length and a maximum of 8mm in width.

The brooch possesses a head comprising two flat rectangular wings which conceal a fragment of the integral spring mechanism. The pin is missing. The head extends to a D section tapering bow, with a poorly cast, semi-circular catchplate. The brooch measures 74mm in length and 10mm in width.

A copper alloy mount possibly from a shield, casket or scabbard dating to the Middle or Late Iron Age. The stud is circular in shape and hemispherical in section. The upper surface of the stud possesses a central circular depression. The depression is decorated with a knurled ring of a white substance, which has tentatively been identified as coral. Late Iron Age or early Roman copper alloy centre-looped cosmetic mortar. This object is the base and an upward curving top part, similar in shape for grinding the minerals held in the lower part. The object consists of an upward curving base with the remains of a loop underneath for holding the object. The interior of the object is hollow for holding the minerals to be ground. A complete cast copper-alloy winged chape of Rieth's Barriere (Indres) type dating from the Early Iron Age that is c. 800-600BC (Rieth 1942; Gerloff 2004, fig. 17.9.1). The chape is almost complete and in very good condition. Only the outer tips of the wings are missing. It has a smooth surface with no visible damage or corrosion. The artefact has two long swept-back wings and is hollow in the centre. An Iron Age cast copper alloy brooch. The brooch has the remains of side lugs either side of the bow with a pointed
oval decoration of incised lines on the bow. The brooch has a perforated head, diameter 2.26mm, in the centre and small wings either side, with a semi circular curve inwards. At the base of the brooch there is the remains of the catchplate.
The brooch measures 49.71mm in length and 24.44mm across the width of the bow. The small wings at the top of the brooch measure 17.6mm in width and the brooch weighs 15.4g in total.

A copper-alloy Colchester one-piece brooch of 1st century (25-60)AD date. The bow is flat with a rectangular cross-section and convex sides. It has a sharp change in angle as it approaches the head, and tapers slightly away from the head ending with a rounded tail or foot. The upper surface of the bow dips along the length centrally and contains two raised lateral lines, side-by-side, of rocker-arm decoration down the centre of this dip. Corroded remains of a Colchester one-piece brooch made from copper alloy. It has tiny stubs of rectangular wings, a forward-facing hook worn to a tiny curved spike, the remains of the pin as another spike, and a very corroded circular-section bow curving down to a point. The remains of a catchplate can be seen as a thin fin on the reverse of the foot. The metal is a rough brown. Late Iron Age or early Roman, c. 20-60 AD. 41 mm long. 2.15g.

Late Iron Age to early Roman brooch of Nauheim derivative type, made from a flat strip of copper alloy. At one end the strip has been wound into a spring; the chord passes under the bow and is then broken, so that the other half of the spring and the pin are missing. The surviving spring half has two turns and then widens into a bow 5 mm wide, which is decorated with a border groove down each edge. Cast copper-alloy miniature terret dating from the Iron Age to Roman period, circa 300 BC to AD 100. A sub- circular ring which is D-shaped in section. The attachment bar is narrower than the rest of the hoop and shows signs of wear. The hoop thickens slightly as it approaches the attachment bar.
