Reverse shows two standing figures, one adult one child, right facing a seated figure left raised on a dais (Hadrian seated left on dais his right hand extended towards woman standing right before dais, holding child on left, a second child standing at her feet). Obverse shows laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Obverse legend reads HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS. Reverse fields and exergue read: / //(COS III). Condition is very fine, die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 3.10g, diameter is 18.78mm.
