Four irregular-shaped lumps of lead-alloy, each of which contains one or more late Roman nummi. All four lumps were discovered in the same small area and clearly derive from a single deposit, presumably a metal working hoard. Two pieces were discovered in context, and the other two were discovered in the plough soil nearby. An illegible late Roman nummus was discovered loose next to this lump. The items are listed numerically below.

A small group of five Post-Medieval lead alloy uniface tokens, found in the same context dating, c. 1500-1850.
Token 1 An incomplete lead alloy post medieval uniface token, c. 1550-1800, with high relief serifed letters GB within a raised rim. Powell type 2.The token is cracked and part of the rim, from 1 to 4 o'clock, is missing. Measurements: diameter 20.13mm, thickness 1.93mm, weight 1.94g. See also SUR-751F36.
