Obverse: worn but traces of wreath, cloak, and crescent motifs. Reverse: Disjointed horse left, rectangular head, body of crescents, four vertical legs, pellet below, with ten pellets above. Zig zag pattern with pellets in the exergue. Similar to ABC 2157. Measurements: Diameter: 19.8mm; thickness: 2.4mm; weight: 4.17g

A complete struck Iron Age stater, dating circa 50-30BC. Both sides of the coin are tarnished and the obverse is worn. Metal content is uncertain, but probably silver. Icenian stater, Early Uninscribed J, 'Norfolk Wolf' type. A stater with a similar reverse is recorded in Hobbs:1996, plate 12, no 276, showing a wolf facing left with a crescent and pellets above. The obverse is too worn to discern. Dimensions: Diameter is 17.42mm. Thickness is 2.45mm. The coin weighs 4.2g.
