A cast copper alloy unidentified object. The object has a circular sectioned rod which forms a wide ‘V’ shape in plan. This shape appears to be bent through use rather than being accidental as it is symmetrical. The rod terminates with integral bulbous knops. The surface of the object has a mid green patina. It measures 58.1mm long and 19.39mm wide from the apex of the rod to the lower edge of a terminal. It weighs 21.3g. An unidentified wrought iron object of uncertain dating. It is triangular in plan, and circular in cross section. It consists of a hollow cone shape, made from a sheet of iron wrapped together and then fixed. It measures 62.77mm in length, 13.23mm diameter wide at the top, and 3.77mm diameter wide at the bottom. It weighs 20.5 grams. It is a mid to dark brown colour, with an even surface patina. A sub circular silvered copper alloy object, of possible Roman dating (1 to 410 AD). It is sub circular in plan, and D shaped in section. The top surface is smooth and domed, with a couple of uneven projections. The lower surface is flat. It measures 20.45mm in length, 21.34mm wide and 6.27mm thick. It weighs 13.1grams. The object could be a piece of casting waste, but there are traces of silvering on a couple of areas on both surfaces. The patina is similar to that found on early Roman coins, but this object is too thick to be a coin.

An unidentified cast copper alloy object, but probably a type of finial. The object is a '+' shape in section which tapers in profile to a blunt point. The lower corners ofthe final have integral bulbous knops. Prtruding from the flat base is a central iron stem which is corrdoed and has a broken terminal. The lower edge of the drop moment terminals with a circular knop. The upper surface reveals a circular perforation, but the depth is uncertain. The surface of the object is heavily abraded and has traces of a red copper corrosion. There are patches of a mid green heavy patina. It measures 39.46mm long, 17.37mm diameter and weighs 34g. The function of the object is unknown, but the patina may suggest a Roman date.

A incomplete cast copper-alloy unidentified object on possible Iron Age or Roman date. It has been suggested that this could be an incomplete linch pin. The artefact has a sub square central section with two curved protrusions which turn upwards and taper to a point. There are two vertical parallel incisions which delineate the central boss from the two protrusions. The artefact is incomplete, there is an old break at the tip. The buckle is 14.15mm in length, 29.05mm wide, 4.85mm thick and weighs 5.4 grams.

The artefact consists of two identical parts held together with a copper-alloy rivet, the main body of the artefact is triangular in plan with a long thin protrusion (37.7mm in length) in the centre of the shortest side. The rivet is situated just above the long protrusion. One of the tips of the triangle is slightly damaged and lost. the protrusions have been slightly bent in places due to wear. The front face appears to depict a hand, an arm runs down the artefacts surviving length (c. 36mm) connecting to the depiction of a hand which has find diagonal incisions running along each of the four fingers. The fragment is knapped from flint which is a mottled light grey/cream colour, but where there is the original surface remaining it has developed a heavy patination, which is a age/brown colour. Only a fragment of the object has this heavy patination, but it is these areas which appear to be negative flake scars. On both scars ripples of percussion are visible.
