The inner edge of a cast single looped buckle frame with a narrowed and offset strap bar retained by a sub-triangular metal plate secured by folding around the strap bar. The object is elongated in form with a central perforated circular lobe and two arms extending from opposite sides that present a smaller sub-rectangular terminal lobe on each end.
