An incomplete barbed and tanged arrowhead dating to the Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age period (c. 2500 B.C. – c. 1500 B.C.). Produced on a tertiary flake of opaque, mottled grey flint. Bifacially worked with pressure flaking to both faces. On both faces the retouch is invasive and scaled. The tip, one edge and a barb are missing. The arrowhead can be categorised as Sutton Type 8 (Green 1980, cited in Butler 2005: 163-5). The overall dimensions are as follows: 25mm in length, 21mm in width, 4mm in thickness and 3g in weight.
