TRES GALLIAE reverse type depicting three female busts, all draped with hair knotted behind, in row to right. Globes at points of busts. . Mint of possibly Vienna. RIC Vol I (2nd ed), pg. 237, No. 89. The coin has been damaged on two edges recently.

Roman silver coin; a plated denarius of the Civil Wars period, AD 68-9 (Reece Period 3), prototype from a Spanish mint and with the bust of probably Genius on the obverse, a cornucopia behind the bust. There is no legend visible on the obverse but it originally read GENIO PR. The reverse depicts Mars, naked except for a helmet right, holding javelin and a round shield, with MARTI VLTORI. Contemporary copy of RIC Vol. I, p. 204, No. 17.
