An incomplete silver Groat of Henry VIII (r. AD 1509 to AD 1547). Third Coinage, minted at Bristol, dating to AD 1546-1547.  Obverse shows a Crowned bearded bust facing. Reverse shows a long cross fourchee over Royal shield, lis in forks. Reverse legend reads [...]CIVI/[TAS/BRIS]/TOLIE. Some of the coin is missing, resulting in an incomplete legend.  North vol.2 (1991), p.114, no.1846.

A copper-alloy buckle frame of Medieval to Post-Medieval date, circa AD 1250 - 1500. The buckle is D-shape in plan and single looped. It has a narrow and off-set axis bar and the outer surface has bevelled edges. An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Colchester Derivative (Polden Hill) brooch (type 4.a) dating to circa AD 80 - 120. The catch plate, foot, spring and pin are missing. The brooch head is hump-like, and slightly angular (comma shaped) in profile. At the rear of the head is an oval concave slot for the missing spring. An incomplete enamelled copper alloy button and loop fastener, of Roman Wild 1970, Type VIa dating (2nd Century AD). The stem of the pin is circular in cross section; it projects straight down below the head, where it has been bent in a U-shape and bends upwards to extend above the head, tapering to the end where it terminates in a break. An incomplete Roman brooch of Colchester derivative, dating from AD 60 - 120.  The object consists of the majority of the bow, head and wings. The catchplate, the pin and the spring are missing.
