Copper alloy tool made up of a 12.7mm diameter shaft one end of which expands to a 14.5mm diameter biconical head. On the outer face of this are eight deep cut, radial facets forming cutting edges. These are iregularly set with some facets deeper than others. They are covered with fine oblique file marks. Around the shaft is a single, narrow, circumfential rib. The end of the shaft is slightly recessed.

The item is an iron rod which is rectangular in section. The length of the rod gradually tapers to a small rectangular terminal which maybe broken. The opposite terminal expands forming a pyramid shape with a blunt tip.
