A sub-circular cast copper alloy curtain ring or loop, with a thick bi-trapezoid section with rounded edges. In profile the loop is flat. The surface has a dark grey/green patina. It measures 31.04mm long, 31.03mm wide and is 3.21mm thick. It weighs 5.4g. Similar rings are illustrated in Margeson’s, (1993) Norwich Households; Medieval and Post Medieval Finds from Norwich Survey Excavations 1971-78. East Anglian Archaeology Report No. 58. A sub-circular cast copper alloy curtain ring or loop, with a slender bi-trapezoid section. A small portion of the loop is narrowed slightly due to wear, particularly on the internal surface. In profile the loop is flat. The loop has an abraded surface, but has traces of a shiny dark grey patina. It measures 27.83mm long, 27.09mm wide and 3.24mm thick. It weighs 4.93g.
