An incomplete copper alloy chatelaine dating to the Roman period (c. AD 43-200). The object is sub-rectangular in plan with a square projection with double collar in the middle of one long edge, with the base of the suspension loop apparent. At the right hand corner of the lower long edge is one of the partial arms to hold the axis bar, the opposing arm and axis bar are no longer present. An unidentified copper-alloy object that may possibly have functioned as a chatelaine. It is sub-trapezoidal with a narrowed section near the shortest edge. The longest and shortest edges have a row of circular perforations and have shallow scalloped edges; there are three perforations (the outer two broken) along the shorter edge and four (one end one broken) along the opposite edge.
