An incomplete, copper alloy object, possibly a bridle boss of likely Medieval to Post Medieval date (c. AD 1450-1600). The object consists of a central domed boss surrounded by an outer border. The border is decorated with radiating, spiral ridges that run from the base of the dome to the outer edges, akin to those on DOR-44902D. There is no extant decoration on the dome. Fragments of the edges of the outer border are missing, and it is curved upwards in a straight line on the left. An incomplete copper alloy barley twist mouthpiece from a horse's two-piece snaffle bit dating to the Post Medieval period (c. AD 1700-1900). The object is comprised of a bar with loops at opposing ends. One loop is complete and the other has just under half remaining. The bar is square in cross-section and has been twisted in its design. No other decorative features are apparent. The object has a dark green patina.

An incomplete copper alloy bridle boss, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1700 to AD 1900).
The bridle boss has a domed centre with ten surviving heart and lis projections. Three or four projections are missing. One projections bears a circular perforation (hole), with an internal diameter of 3.4 mm. This may have been one of two attachment holes. The domed centre is decorated with a lion and unicorn standing either side of a quartered shield (The coat of Arms of the the United Kingdom). The reverse is concave and no decoration.

An incomplete copper alloy strap distributor or harness link, of Late Early Medieval dating (AD 1000 to AD 1100).
Probably 25% of the strap distributor is present, consisting of one of probably four arms remaining. The rest were probably lost in antiquity.
The remaining arm has a lozenge shaped terminal, with a central oval shaped perforation (13.3 mm by 9.4 mm). The terminal has knops on three outer points. A rectangular extends towards a central circular perforation, now incomplete.
It measures 49.5 mm in length, 22.2 mm wide and 5.2 mm thick. It weighs 8.8 g.

Early Medieval (11th century) harness fitting: bridle cheek piece. The copper alloy cheekpiece remaining is an arm terminating in a loop and the other terminal is a fragment of a flat plate. The loop is oval in plan, with an oval perforation. The upper face of the loop has obliquely an angled surface, as does the underside. The arm is semi-circular in section and terminates with a thick collar, before the off-set plate protrudies from the terminal. An incomplete cast copper alloy 11th century bridle cheek-piece. The object is asymmetrical and is moulded on the upper surface with an inward-turning beast with three tendrils or crests protruding from the head. The beast has a long neck which curves outwards then back on itself. There are areas of oval shaped openwork to give further definition. The reverse is undecorated. One narrow edge is broken, but this did not occur in recently. The surface of the object is a matte brown colour. It measures 51.5mm long, 26.93mm wide and 6mm thick. It weighs 26.6g.
