The object has a distinct curve. The outer side has very worn decoration but appears to be a ring and dot and linear motif. The underside is undecorated. The surviving portion consists of four sub-oval copper alloy wire strands that are twisted around each other to form a spiral. A fragment of a copper alloy bracelet dating to the roman period (c. AD 200-400). The object is rectangular in plan with a D-shaped cross-section. The convex outer surface is decorated along its length with incised lines on the diagonal. Both ends of the object terminate in worn breaks. The bracelet has a mid-green patina. Comparable examples recorded on the PAS database include: OXON-529566, OXON-7C1D2A and ESS-746845. See also Crummy (1983: 42) fig. 44, no. 1676. The overall dimensions are as follows: 41.5mm in length, 5.9mm in width, 2.2mm in thickness and 3.70g in weight.

Iron Age to Roman (1st century BC to 3rd century AD) bracelet: A fragment of a cast copper alloy beaded bracelet of Iron Age date, 600 BC-AD 43. The object has been broken off at both ends. The bracelet is slightly curved, with a flat underside and a semi-circular section. It consists of three hemispheres connected by a short,solid neck. It has a mid blue-green patina. It measures 36.71mm in length, 5.39mm width, 3.73mm thick and weights 2.9 grams. It probably dates to the late Iron Age to Roman periods.

An incomplete cast / wrought copper alloy cable bracelet, of Roman dating (1st to 4th Centuries AD). Approximately 10% of the bracelet is present. It consists of two strands of wire twisted together in a Z direction. Each strand of wire has a rectangular section. It is broken at both ends. It measures 33.86mm in length, 4.19mm wide and 4.19mm thick. It weighs 2.2 grams. The bracelet has a mid to dark green even patina. Similar twisted cable bracelets have been recorded on the PAS database such as SWYOR-3A8087, GLO-A449B2 and LIN-821933.
