The object survives as the cutting edge only, the butt end terminates in a clear stright cut across the body. The object is miniature in size. It has a sub-reactangular shape with curved end and it sub-triangular in section as the thickness narrows towards the edge of the cutting edge. A near complete Neolithic polished stone axe/axehead, dating to c. 4000 - 2200 BC. The axehead is formed from a fine grained volcanic tuff, possibly from Langdale although it is not as fine grained as other examples.  It is impossible to say for certain without petrological analysis of the rock. It is difficult to establish the original shape of the arrowhead due to the proximal and distal ends being damaged and incomplete. The arrowhead has been bifacially worked from a tertiary flake. The retouch is covering, scaled and low angled. The flint is a translucent cream/brown colour.  The arrowhead measures 27. 2 mm in length, 18.6 mm in width, 3.8 mm in thickness and weighs 2.2 grams.

A flint blade core probably dating to the early Neolithic period (c. 4000-3000 BC). The object is roughly trapezoidal in plan and lentoid in cross-section. Both the proximal and distal ends appear to have been used as striking platforms. There are numerous removal scars of varying length and thickness across both the ventral and dorsal faces. The colour of the flint is mottled brownish-grey. For a comparable example see Butler (2005: 120) figure 47, no. 2. The overall dimensions are as follows: 35.55mm in length, 26.48mm in width, 15.32mm in thickness and 17.76g in weight.
