A cast copper alloy seal matrix dating to the Post-Medieval period, (AD1500-1700). The object has a rectangular face with rounded corners which is inscribed with a worn monogram. The pedestal is circular in cross-section and has a double moulded horizontal collar. Above the collar the object tapers to a rounded point where it terminates with a break. It is likely that the break occurred during antiquity. The handle is missing. The object has dark brown patina and is worn.

A cast lead incomplete pencil perhaps dating to the Medieval period. The object is circular in section tapering to a blunted point at one end. The opposite end terminates with a break. The object is undecorated. Stylus' of this type are known to have been in use from the Medieval to Post-Medieval periods and due to a lack of contextual evidence and any diagnostic features it is not possible to date this object any more closely.

A lead alloy probable vessel repair, (pot-mend), dating from the Roman to the Post-Medieval period, (AD43-1700). The object is circular in plan and domed. One face is flat while the opposite face is irregular and uneven. A circumferential groove divides each face along the edge. The object has a light brown patina. Pot mends of this form are found in both Roman and Medieval periods, as a common way to repair broken vessels. Without any remains of the pot it is impossible to date it more precisely.

On the upper face of the object is a slight raised rim with a circumferential groove. The lower surface is worn but undecorated. The object has a dark grey patina and weighs 425.6g. A cast lead alloy probable palm guard dating from the Post-Medieval period. The object is oval in shape, pointed at one end. It is D-shaped in cross-section and is marked on each face. The object has a light brown patina. Palm guards were for use by a leather worker to protect the palm whilst stitching. Bailey (1995, 64-65) dates such objects to the 17th century onwards.

A cast copper alloy buckle probably dating to the Roman period, (AD43-410). The object buckle frame is 'kidney-bean' shaped with a rounded projection in the centre of the buckle. Below this is a rectangular strap bar measuring 29mm in width. The object has a rounded projecting tip decorating the outer frame. It is D-shaped in cross-section. The object has a dark brown patina and is in fair condition. The buckle appears to be a Roman military type.

A cast copper alloy probable cosmetic implement dating to the Roman period. The object is flat and curved along one edge while the opposite edge is straight. At the top of the object is a circular suspension loop. The internal diameter of the perforation measures 4.5mm. The loop would have enabled the object to be suspended from a belt and possibly worn with other cosmetic implements. The opposite end terminates with a rounded point which is incomplete. Each face is undecorated and has a worn dark brown patina. The exact function of the object is uncertain.

A cast copper alloy nail cleaner, dating to the Roman period, between AD 43 - 200. The object is incomplete and the attachment loop is missing due to an ancient break. The nail cleaner is sub-ovid, or 'fish' shaped in plan, which tapers to a point at one end where the suspension loop would have attached. The loop would have enabled the nail cleaner to be probably suspended from a belt and possibly worn with other cosmetic implements.
