A copper alloy object of uncertain function and date. The object consists of a copper alloy loop below which is a worn ancient break. The loop has an internal diameter of 5.5mm. Where the body of the object has broken away the break is 'cross-shaped' with two short rounded projections or 'arms' to either side. The object has a light green patina and is pitted in places. The function and date of this object are currently unknown however the patina and construction of the object suggests that it may be of Roman date. An incomplete copper alloy harness stud of medieval date, c.14th-16th century AD. The object is octofoil in form with seven rounded projections and one longer projection with a pelta or scalloped shaped terminal. In the centre of the object is a domed rivet. Eight gilded lines radiate outwards from the rivet dividing the object into four decorative quarters. Within each quarter is a heart shaped cell in-filled with enamel. A lead alloy pilgrims badge of medieval or early post medieval date. The object is lozenge shaped in plan with a beaded border. In the centre of the object are the letters IHS in Gothic script inside an incised framing border. The letters are the Christogram representing the Latin for "Jesus the Saviour of Man". Late Post Medieval to Modern copper alloy and engraved glass object. Exact function uncertain but possibly a pendant or pseudo seal matrix from a fob. The domed glass is held in a copper alloy (brass) circular mount. There is a solder scar on the flat side of the mount, at approximately 12 o'clock, indicating it only ever had a single attachment point so it can't have been a seal matrix akin to WILT-56D514 but may have been attached as a pendant on a chain. A lead alloy toy, known as a whirligig or buzz wheel, dating from the post-medieval or early modern period (AD 1600-1800). The whirligig is broadly circular in plan being formed from a thick sheet of lead alloy. The edges of the toy are serrated. Through the centre of the disc are two relatively even, closely spaced pierced holes. The whirligig is a creamy yellow colour with a thick patina. Cast copper alloy mount/belt fitting, post medieval in date (c AD 1500-1800). The plate is sub-triangular in plan and is made of one copper sheet, folded over on the front in the shape of a shield with a splayed linear decorative motif. The shield is turned up at both ends and in each corner of the triangular plate is a circular loop each with a small perforation hole. The plate has a wavy border. The plate is in fair condition and has a patchy light green to reddish brown patina.

A cast copper alloy weight of probable late post-medieval or modern date (1700-1800). The weight is part of a larger group of trade/stacking weights, having a wide and relatively thick raised edge on the upper face. The front and rear faces both have turned circles around a central point on the obverse and a raised boss on the reverse; all of these concentric circles are regular and well formed. Around the central area on the reverse is a considerable depression. The upper face is marked irregularly with three crowned Xs which is for Exeter.

A cast lead weight dating from the Roman to the Post-Medieval period, (43-1700). The weight is conical shaped and is sub-circular in cross-section. The object has an irregular circular perforation through the centre of the weight. The perforation has an internal diameter of 3.42mm at the base of the object. The outer surface of the object has been decorated with deep grooves. The weight may have been used as a loom weight; however other uses for this weight are also possible. The object has a mid white patina and is in fair condition.
