A fragment of undatable (200 BC-1800 AD) but probably Roman to medieval, hone or whetstone, measuring 42.21x41.00x20.59mm and weighing 48.45g. The stone has micaceous inclusions and is greyish in colour. The whetstone or hone is formed from a very fine grained sedimentary, mica rich sandstone or siltstone. It is rectangular in cross section and has a deep groove on both of the larger faces.

Probable brass pan weight, 14mm in diameter, 3mm thick and weighing 2.94g (45.3 grains, 0.104oz). It is uniface and slightly chipped. The obverse is impressed with crowned A and a ewer or coffee pot, mark of the London Founder's Company with verified weights. Dates to the reign of Anne, 1702-14. This is probably a weight for one eigth oz (0.125oz) which has lost some fabric through wear and damage.

A Medieval lead weight, dating to the 14th century. The weight is uniface and circular in shape. On one side is a circular recess, forming a raised border around the edge. Within the recess is a fleur-de-lys. The object has a light grey-brown patina, with traces of the darker grey metal beneath where it has been scratched. A similar, though not identical example is published in Egan (1998, no. 993) though with two opposing fleurs. A copper alloy post medieval weight dating to the period c. AD 1650 - 1800. The weight is circular in shape with slightly tapered sides. It features a circular recess in the top incised with a series of concentric grooves. The letters G R are inscribed on either side of the circular recess. The bottom of the weight is incised with a series of parallel scratches running in several different directions. The weight measures 37.61mm in diameter, is 7.55mm high and weighs 53.82g.

The front face is decorated with three concentric circles and a possible central pellet. The weight is too heavy to be an ounce avoirdupois. The weight is 26.1mm in diameter at the base, 25.45mm in diameter at the top, 6.75mm thick and weighs 33.28 grams.

Cast lead alloy weight, probably a spindle whorl dating from the 13th-15th century. The weight survives almost complete and is in good condition, even though some fragments of the outer edge are missing. It is biconical in shape, with one side decorated with raised line and nonsensical symbols and the other with raised mouldings making up a tight web of lines, radiating outwards from the central perforation that held the spindle in place. These comprise a crowned I for James I, a sword for the City of London, and a winged angel holding scales for the Plumbers Company. It measures 64.8mm in diameter, 15.6mm in thickness and weighs 445 grams (c. 15.7 ounces) Similar trade weights with the Plumbers Company mark are published by Biggs (1992: pp. 44-45).

A Post-Medieval (1500-1800) lead weight in the form of a heart with iron corrosion in the slot. It measures 26.20x22.51x5.89mm and weighs 20.4g. To one face is raised decoration in the form of ribs, an inverted V with a horizontal above and a larger V underneath. A similar find to this is PUBLIC-FE4E74 on this database. It is assumed the date is Post-Medieval based on style. Another similar find, NARC-2E1212, is identified as an unusual weight or even possible large love token.

A complete lead weight dating to the post medieval period AD 1700-1900 The object is notable manufactured by lead due to its white parlour. It is circular in shape, but not spherical in cross section, because with exceptions with lumps and bumps on the surface, the object is flat. The obverse surface is decorated with a worn, but obvious design of a rider and his horse. The rider appears to be holding some sort of sceptre or staff, implying that the figure could potentially be someone of great significance and importance.
