Two cubes of stone which may be pieces of tessera type tile, possibly dating to the Roman period c AD 43-410. Both objects a crudely made cubes of stone. The patina of both is browny/yellowish cream. 1 - Weighs 26.15g and measures 26.17mm in length, 25mm in width and 22.04mm in thickness. 2 - Weighs 17.75g and measures 24.79mm in length, 24.4mm in width and 17.91mm in thickness.

Six Roman stone tessera dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The tessera are broadly rectangular and range from 20.5mm thick to 13.8mm thick. They are composed of a dark grey coarse grained stone. The combined weight is 122.04 grams.

One half of a two piece stone mould of uncertain date. The mould is broadly rectangular with a carved semi-circular recess (14.5mm in maximum length, 21.25mm wide and 1.7mm deep) with an expanded funnel above - to pour the molten metal into the mould. The recess is intricately decorated with sets of fine transverse and vetrtical grooves forming a geometric pattern. Thse grooves are projecting from a single central vertical groove and a single horizontal groove located 3.65mm below the top of the object forming a T. A fragment of undatable (200 BC-1800 AD) but probably Roman to medieval, hone or whetstone, measuring 42.21x41.00x20.59mm and weighing 48.45g. The stone has micaceous inclusions and is greyish in colour. The whetstone or hone is formed from a very fine grained sedimentary, mica rich sandstone or siltstone. It is rectangular in cross section and has a deep groove on both of the larger faces.
