A fragment of North Devon Gravel-tempered ware. The fragment includes part of the base of a bread platter. The fabric is oxidised on the exterior of the vessel and reduced to its interior. The coarse components include rounded/sub-rounded quartz inclusions (1mm-4mm), sandstone inclusions (up to 4.5mm) and inclusion of tiny (max 1mm) ceramic pellets. The interior of the vessel is glazed, green in colour with the exterior being unglazed.

Medieval lead alloy pilgrim's badge, probably of 15th century date The pilgrim badge depicts the bust of Saint Thomas Becket and is complete with some peripheral damage (with a length of 61.0mm and a weight of 7.0g). Thomas is depicted wearing a mitre with a cross patée at the apex. The mitre is decorated with a ring-and-dot motif in cast relief and the front has a vertical panel containing saltire crosses with pellets between the arms and a ring-and-dot between crosses.
