Two copper-alloy medallions probably of 19th-20th century date possibly of religious origin due to oval shape and resemblance to other small medallions of religious types. Both are of the same dimensions and possibly the same design, though they are so equally corroded across all four of the faces that detailed identification is impossible. A copper (possibly with large amount of lead) alloy leg and attached base, probably from a cooking vessel or plate of some kind and of a post-medieval date. The leg is roughly pyramidal in shape, in a width to height proportion of approximately 2:1. It is unornamented and terminates in a simple rounded point. The attached area of base curves slightly but beyond a rough estimation of an approximate 20 cm diameter no more can be ascertained as to the purpose of the vessel.

An iron ball, possibly a piece of canister shot from a post medieval gunpowder weapon. The object is roughly spherical with an uneven surface, mostly coated in reddish orange iron oxide rust. A small battle was fought in the area of Melling during the English Civil War, suggesting a date of AD 1642-1651.

An unlooped palstave haft-flanged axe head resembling the Ulrome type, 1600-1300 BC, Acton Park, Phase II. The blade is crescent shaped and asymmetrical, with flanges that flare out from the top and bottom of the butt. The butt is blade-like itself and very narrow. A copper alloy pin of medieval to post medieval date. The object has a globular head and a circular sectioned shaft. The head measures 11.5mm in width. The shaft measures 5mm in width where it meets the head and tapers to a rounded point measuring 2mm in width. There is no collar. The object has a mid-green patina in places. A small metal object of high copper content, probably for attachment as a component of a larger object or metal bowl. The object tapers from a flat plate of roughly triangular shape to a thick projection. The plate is pierced through with two precise holes. The projection is composed of two parrallel spirals, and possibly forms the footing.

An incomplete damaged or miscast copper alloy flanged axehead of Middle Bronze Age date, probably of the Acton Park or Taunton metalwork assemblage and dating from c.1500 to c. 1300BC. The toy is single sided and most probably of Napoleon, depicted in typical dress with arms crossed over his chest. The lower half of the toy is missing.
