A Post Medieval copper alloy Jetton of the Rose/orb type issued by Hans Krauwinckel II dating from AD 1586 - 1635. It is an example of Mitchiner (1988) no. 1504 with master's name around orb, small size. The jetton is very worn, and much of the legend is illegible. A Post Medieval copper alloy Nuremberg jetton from the workshop of Hans Krauwinckel II dating from between AD 1586 and 1635. The jetton is of the rose/ orb type. The obverse legend reads HANNS with a double N suggesting the maker to be Hans Krauwinckel II rather than I. The jetton is complete and in very fine condition. The jetton has a patchy green and brown patina. For similar examples see SWYOR-A369A2 and SWYOR-1B5272. See also Mitchiner, M.
