A worn and damaged Post Medieval silver coin. A silver sixpence of Elizabeth I AD 1558 - 1603. Second issue AD 1561 - 1582 from AD 1568, as North (1975) ; page 111, 1997. Coronet mintmark and of London mint. The flan is bent between ten o'clock and one o'clock, with a small split at nine o'clock on the obverse side.
In its current bent form it is 25.1mm in diameter, 3.9mm thick and weighs 2.71g.
