A fragment of the terminal and arm from a small pair of sugar tongs. The object is 23.6mm in length, with a thin stem of triangular cross section which ends in a break at one end and at the other expands into a pelta-shaped terminal, which tapers to a thin edge. Across the base of one side of this terminal is in incised line; the other side is flat with a circular concave hollow at the centre. The alloy has a high tin content and has traces of gilding.

The front has incised / chased decoration in the form of rows of closely spaced crescentic lines in the form of a foliate or feathered design of uncertain form. The plate has a border of parallel rows of this chased decoration and an outer margin of oblique incised notches. The front of the plate has a circular pin notch, with folded loops for the strap bar of the missing buckle. The rear edge has a break across a pair of small rivet holes.

An incomplete copper alloy implement (possibly a toothpick) from a Roman toilet set. The object has thin body with round shoulders 5.8mm wide which tapers to a long, thin point, 2.2mm wide with sub-rounded cross section. This has a moulded collar at the tip, which is worn and probably incomplete. The other end has a round and drilled suspension loop which meets the main body at a small transeverse collar which is also the thickest part of the object.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman nail cleaner with High shoulders (Eckardt, H. and Crummy, N. 2008, 120, fig. 59 and Crummy 1983, Type 2a) dating from the 1st to 2nd century AD. The cleaner is leaf shaped and gently tapers from rounded shoulders to a bifurcated tip. The suspension loop is oval and incomplete and lies in the same plane as the body of the object. The body of the object is undecorated; the loop is decorated with a medial groove running around both sides.

Each disc has raised borders with tinned surfaces surrounding a recessed central field, which on the surviving disc appears to have held enamel around a hole in the centre for a separate component, now lost. The reverse of the complete disc retains a small catchplate. The alloy has a high tin content.

A small corroded copper alloy decorative pendant, 27.1mm in length and oval or leaf-shaped with a trefoil terminal. The other end has a projecting stub from a rounded suspension loop set perpendicular to the plane of the plate. The surface has traces of a pale yellow-white enamel decoration in the form of a series of chevrons or paired oblique lines. Probably a harness pendant and of Medieval date.

An incomplete pair of cast copper alloy nut crackers, of late 18th Century date. The nut crackers consist of two identical arms hinged together at the top and held together by a copper alloy axis bar. The upper portion of each arm has a trapezoidal cross section with a flat internal surface with three lines of incised triangles designed to hold the nut securely. A corroded copper alloy object, possibly a bladed prehistoric or Roman era implement such as a razor or perhaps an incomplete brooch of late Iron Age date. The object is 35.4mm in length with a triangular plate, with flat triangular cross section and a hooked projection on the wide end, probably the remains of a corroded suspension loop. There are no other fittings. The surface appears to have faint ring and dot decoration in two uneven rows along both sides.

A hollow foot from a Roman vessel. A similar example was found in excavations at Colchester (Crummy 1983: 73, no. 2051 fig. 76), where it was suggested to be possibly a foot from a bowl. See also BH-1911F3 and NLM-A2CB67.The foot is pelta-shaped with a central incomplete groove.
