A shell-tempered rim fragment from a storage jar of Iron Age to Early Roman date. The fragment is broadly rectangular in shape and tear-drop in profile with a rounded everted rim. Abundant angular calcareous inclusions <7mm amongst grey reduced fabric on exterior and break, and oxidised light brown on interior surface and part of exterior.
The fragment measures 90.4mm long, 57.5mm wide, 23.9mm thick and weighs 130.16 grams.

A sherd of a ceramic Vessel of Post-Medieval date (AD 1650-1800). The object is a rim sherd. The fabric is dark red in colour and hard and gritty in with infrequent calcite inclusions. The outer surfaces are grey in colour. The lip is everted.

A sherd of a ceramic Vessel of Post-Medieval date (AD 1650-1800). Slip glazed ware. The object is a body sherd. The fabric is cream in colour and is soapy in texture, with no visible inclusions. One surface retains orange slip over which is yellow glaze with brown glaze feathered within to create an intricate chevron motif.

A sherd of a large ceramic Vessel of Medieval date (AD 1200-1500). The sherd is of a coarse ware and is a rim sherd with a portion of body. The fabric is hard with frequent calcite inclusions. The outer surfaces are dark buff in colour while the inner core is dark grey due to differential oxidization. The inner surface has some shallow circumferential bands visible.

Two sherds of Roman samian ware vessel, dating from the 2nd Century AD.
1- A rim sherd. The sherd in an irregular pentagon shape, and has a slight curve in profile. The fragment is hard, with a pink orange core, the exterior is a glossy red colour created with the slip coating. The exterior is decorated with moulded relief which starts near the worn break of the fragment. There is a horizontal indentation border, with a border of three inverted arches which most likely runs round the vessel in a repeated border. The base of a Roman samian ware vessel, dating from the 2nd Century AD. The foot base is circular and concave in shape, and sub rectangular in shape where it would have extended out into the bowl. The centre of the bowl is raised and rounded from manufacturing. The fragment is hard, with a pink core, this has dark brown patches. Both surfaces are a glossy red colour created with the slip coating. On the underneath of the foot there are incised circular lines where the base has been turned, there are also some air bubbles.

A body fragment of a Roman samian ware vessel, dating to the 2nd century AD. The fragment is sub rectangular in shape and rounded. The fragment is hard, with a pink core, the exterior and interior are a glossy red colour created with the slip coating.
The exterior is decorated with moulded relief. This depicts a figure standing left in profile at the centre of the fragment. The decoration is very worn. On the inside of the fragment are incised lines from being turned on the mould, there are air bubbles in the fabric of the fragment.

A post-Medieval stoneware Bellarmine jug (also known as a Beardman/Bartmaan jug).
The body of the vessel is sub-globular, with a flat base and conical neck (damaged). A speckled brown glaze covers most of the surface of the vessel, running into the lower quarter, which is off-white. The typical moulded human mask is situated at the junction of neck and body; it has a ladder-like mouth, 'flower pad' moustache and corded beard.
