A complete copper alloy lunate mount, possibly dating from the Roman period, dating to c. AD 43-410. The mount is formed of openwork, with four circular fittings joined by curved s shaped copper alloy bars. The circular fittings are hollow, and probably held stones or enamel originally. Running along the top and the bottom of the edge of the mount is a repeating pellet border, this is contained within a lined border. One of the corners of the mount is folded over. The mount has a red brown patina, and measures 39.8mm in length, 30.1mm in width, 2.3mm in thickness and weighs 9.66g.

There is a central bar from which two arms curve round from, creating a triangular shape. between. The arms curve round and back to meet the central bar, which widens to a sub triangular shape. A copper alloy Roman mount, possibly from a horse gear fitting, dating to c. AD 43 to 120. The mount is circular, and domed, the reverse in concave. Around the edge of the mount is worn and broken, with small projections. Running around the edge of the mount is a raised solid border, this is 2.9mm in width. There is a crack that runs from one side of the edge to the centre of the mount. The inside of the mount contains brown black corrosion. The mount measures 21.6mm in diameter, 7.0mm in thickness and weighs 3.05g. A similar mount can be seen in Nicolay 2007, page 376, number 82.160.

A complete, Roman, copper alloy, belt fitting, AD.300-450. The object comprises a rectangular plate with two rivet holes pierced through it. At one end of the object is a narrow strip that has been bent over to form a suspension loop. This terminates in a square tab which is pierced by a single rivet hole. The front of the plate has two parallel lines running down its length, these lines are the same width apart as the tab forming the loop. The object has an even green patina. Similar examples in Nicolay 2007, pl.45, no.100.7 and 100.9. these are associated with later military belts.

A fragment of a copper alloy, Roman, openwork, belt mount, AD.120-250. The object comprises the corner of a rectangular openwork mount, It is L shaped with worn breaks. Much of the interior design has been lost, with only two fragments of the curvilinear design remaining. One of the curved design fragments creates a small trapezoidal openwork section. The back of the piece is undecorated except for a single worn rivet positioned near one of the breaks. The object comprises a circular disc with a central boss, surrounded by a shallow recess which is bordered around the outer edge with a raised border. This is the same height as the central boss. A complete, Roman, copper alloy, phallic mount, AD.43-150. The mount is formed of a tapering shaft that is triangular in cross section. At the widest point of the shaft there are two opposed hemispherical knops, one upon either side to form the testes. An incomplete, copper alloy, fragment of a probably Roman mount, AD.43-450. The object comprises a curved zoomorphic neck with a styled bird head terminal. The base of the neck is an old break. The head has a circular recess for an eye and some worn diagonal lines above representing feathers. The head tapers down to form the beak. The mount is decorated on only the front side, the back of the object is coarse and undecorated suggesting this was not visible in use. The object has a dark green patina. A circular copper alloy phalera or other harness mount of the very late 2nd-3rd C AD with trompetenmuster style motifs. The cut out design is framed by a circular border which has broken from something straight eged, possibly a hanging fitting. The centre pattern consists of three swirling trumpet like shapes radiating fron the centre. A similar mount from Dormagen, Germany can be seen in 'Celts, Art and Identity' [ed Farley, J and Hunter, F. Btritish Museum 2015 p 160-161]. The reverse of the mount has hollows behind the larger areas and the frame.

An almost complete cast copper alloy mount. 100 - 300 AD. An oval plate with a raised central oval boss with longitudinal slit; known commonly as a vulva shaped mount. A pair of rivets on the back have flattened ends, suggesting they passed through a leather strap. The back of the object is hollowed behind the boss. Mounts of this form are common on military sites. The mount has a brown patina and the edges are chipped.

A copper-alloy mount of Roman date. The largest element of the openwork mount takes the form of a deeply moulded, three-tiered crescent with a convex surface and inward-curving points. Contained between these points, bordered by a pair of angled mouldings, is the base of the second element, a 'T-shaped' plate. This base is bulbous and has a vertical groove at the centre. The ribs alternate in length bewteen 46 and 44 mm in length, forming a 'fingered' effect at the terminal end.
