A cast metal copper alloy furniture mount in the form of a scallop shell, moulded in high relief with radiating ridges with rounded ends and curlicues around the base. The reverse has a collared fitting for an iron shank suggesting that the mount was intended for use on wooden furniture. Circa 18th century.

An incomplete post medieval copper alloy drawer handle dating to AD 1500-1900.
The object is formed from one piece metal and is convex in plan and rectangular in cross-section. The main part of the object is an openwork frame, which has three lobes at the widest point and inward curving sides that taper to a rounded base, creating a broadly tulip-shape in plan. Extending from the base is a narrow waisted section that widens to form a triangle. Extending below this is a square section with a inward curving bottom edge.

A post medieval cast copper alloy drop handle. Probably from a piece of furniture and of eighteenth century date. The handle comprises an oval loop with a square suspension loop projecting from the top. The lower part of the loop is moulded into two rounded lobes decorated with fringes of moulded triangular petals; these meet at a narrow transverse collar.

A complete copper alloy Furniture Fitting of Post-Medieval date (AD 1690-1720). The object is a draw handle and is is composed of two projecting lobes which form the terminal of a tapering frame which expands into a sub-rectangular frame which tapers and expands into a sub-rectangular loop. Within the central upper portion of the plate is a raised integral chevron or shield shape with three incised chevrons running at 180 degrees to the raised portion.
The metal is brown in colour with a pitted patina.

A complete copper alloy furniture fitting of Post-Medieval date (AD 1650-1800). The object is composed of a cast circular mount with a raised pellet border and a central square fixing hole of width: 5.74mm. The display face bears the low relief depiction of a compact bloom with an inner pellet border around the fixing hole. The back of the object is smooth and flat.
The metal is a mid-green in colour with a slightly pitted patina.

A copper-alloy drop handle of post-medieval date. The handle has a square attachment loop with a rectangular aperture and is missing its escutcheon plate which would have been riveted to the wooden drawer. Below the attachment loop is an expanded collar and then a narrowed neck between the collar and the similarly expanded shoulder. Copper-alloy fitting, probably from an item of furniture and most likely to be a box, chest or casket. The item is 47 mm long. It is curved at one end which tapers before flanging at the other end. It is 9 mm wide at the curved end and 29 at the flanged end. A circular rivet pass through the object at the curved end . The obverse has a deliberate kink in the middle. The reverse has a groove immediately before the kink, perhaps to aid attachment. The dating of this object is uncertain.

A copper-alloy handle, probably from a piece of furniture. The handle is U shaped, with terminals that fold over to form a loop at either side of the handle. These loops make space for two copper-alloy fittings, one looped around each terminal of the handle. These fittings have pointed terminals, presumably for attachment, thus allowing the handle to hang flat against the furniture. The handle is 80 mm wide and 20 mm long.
