Post Medieval silver hammered coin of Elizabeth I, a half groat of the third issue (North 2016). The bust has 3 pellets behind. The initial mark is a crescent . The obverse legend is E D G ROSA SINE SPINA. Reverse legend is CIVITAS LONDON. The coin dates to between 1587 and 1589/90 AD.
The diameter is 17mm, and the weight is 0.84g.
