The mintmark is unclear, but appears to be R crescent [P-E] which is for Rome. Constantinopolis coins are struck for various Rome issues between 337 and 340, but is not recorded for the R crescent P issue (see RIC VIII, p. 251, nos. 47-9). A better specimen is required to confirm this type.
