A wrought iron arrowhead of medieval date, AD.1200-1550. The object is formed of a round socket that makes up the majority of the object's length. The tip of the arrowhead has a diamond shaped cross section. There is a slight waist where the tip meets the socket, however, the maximum width of the tip does not exceed that of the socket. Jessop 1996 type M3 Arrowheads of this type are typically 'military' in nature though they would serve equally in hunting. A Medieval iron arrowhead with a triangular head and a circular sectioned, socketed shaft. The diameter of the shaft is 9.07mm. There is a slight ridge along the centre of the head. See Jessop 1996 'Type MP6', suitable for military or hunting use.

A sub-triangular/kyte shaped socketed arrowhead with no obvious medial ridge, in section the blade is a flat diamond. The tip has been broken off and is missing, as is the end of the socket.
